# ¿Por qué un vídeo tiene sonido pero no se ve?

Normalmente este problema ocurre cuando un dispositivo no es compatible con la “Aceleración por Hardware” por favor ve a “Ajustes” y activa la casilla para **Desactivar aceleración HW**.
